Lora Thompson
I started my career as an accountant, but from a young age, I knew my true passion was helping people. While working in my last professional tax accountant role, I was placed by a recruiter and had an epiphany—I want to do what she does! After a few more years in tax, I found Robert Half, and that was the turning point. My career in staffing began, and I’ve never looked back.
With over 20 years in the industry, I bring a well-rounded perspective to staffing—I’ve been a candidate, a hiring manager, and an agency recruiter. This experience allows me to see every angle of the hiring process and provide a truly consultative approach. I believe in building genuine relationships and treating both clients and candidates with honesty and respect. My commitment is to finding the right opportunity, not just the right now opportunity, ensuring long-term success for both candidates and employers.
As a small, woman-owned business, we specialize in staffing finance, accounting, tax, audit, and human resource professionals. Beyond my work, I’m a proud mother of two teenagers, two guinea pigs, and a Goldendoodle named Tater Tot. I love the outdoors, spending time with my family and am a self-proclaimed foodie!!

As a seasoned Director of Sales and Recruiting, my mission is to drive revenue growth while building strong, lasting client relationships. I believe in staying true to the core values that form the foundation of every successful partnership—understanding and meeting our clients’ needs with integrity, care, and commitment.
With a unique background that includes my experience as a Private Investigator and managing our family business for 18 years, I’ve developed a keen ability to pinpoint exactly what our clients are looking for in talent and help candidates navigate their career paths. My instinctual skills, honed through these diverse experiences, enable me to connect the right people to the right opportunities.
My goal is always to foster relationships that go beyond the transactional, offering a personal touch that builds trust and ensures long-term success for both our clients and candidates.
